Lower Campscott Farm offers the visitor an ideal base from which to explore the splendour and diversity of North Devon. Two holiday homes with their own private gardens offer magnificent views of the sea and two superb Canadian log cabin complete the onsite accommodations, but it doesn't end there as we also offer a camping area for tents and caravans set in the splendour of the valley.

All of our accomodation facilities are located on our working farm. These are all individually decorated to a high standard and are all very warm and inviting.

The world famous beaches of North Devon are within easy reach and provide clean, safe bathing for all the family. The pretty village of Lee and Lee beach are also situated nearby.

A few miles away is Exmoor, one of England's prettiest National Parks. It is a remote area where deer and wild ponies roam the open moorland and where the gorse and heather filled hills drop down to dramatic cliffs and the crashing sea below.

Nearby Barnstaple is the 1998 winner of the 'World in Bloom' award and is the commercial centre of the region. The town offers the visitor a combination of sophisticated shopping with old world markets and speciality shops. The traditional Pannier markets in both Barnstaple and Bideford have offered local arts and crafts as well as local produce for over 100 years.

Looking for a taste of adventure? Whether its golf, fishing, horse riding, surfing, or spectacular walks through the countryside, North Devon offers a host of activities for those wishing to take advantage of the wide open spaces and admire the wonderful scenery on offer throughout the area.
