I don't think it's the best hotel for business travellers. It's a nice place with nice food but I didn't feel altogether comfortable. The rooms in the pub are nice rooms, but you could hear what was going on downstairs really clearly (even down to the topic of conversation!) which didn't cause a disturbance but made me feel rather uncomfortable. Read less

Thank you for your kind comments..................had you requested to arrive earlier we would have made sure that our son or daughter were here, as we are a small family business we have to try and get in all our dentist, optician etc appointments during the Winter afternoons because once we get into all day opening from Easter onwards we are here all day every day

Bants is a 16th Century Inn family owned and run since1985.Situated in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside our accommodation sits on a former Anglo Saxon medieval settlement. We have 9 individually furnished en-suite bedrooms rooms full of character with oak beams are available in listed converted barns and individually furnished rooms are also available in the pub itself. Our Inn sells regional cider, beer and good old unpretentious British food sourced from local........vegetable game, poultry and meat suppliers. Bant’s offer cosy lounge bars with oak beams and log fires in winter. Its the perfect place if you love walking great place for ramblers, bird watchers and budding artists.
Do you like unwinding with a good meal and a great bottle of wine. We are proud to be a Worcestershire Inn....and so lucky to have some of the finest produce in the land on our doorstep........We do everything we can to source our produce locally and try to keep our" food miles" to a minimum. Bant's is located in the small village of Upton Snodsbury, however it is easily reached as it is only 8 minutes from the centre of Worcester and 20 minutes from Stratford-Upon-Avon. The surrounding area has much to offer the visitor including shooting, fishing, riding and golf. In nearby Worcester, visit the Cathedral, the porcelain works, several museums and the fascinating Elgar Centre, or take a trip on the beautiful River Severn. Bants Inn has a warm and social atmosphere with a tradition of being small enough to care, and large enough to be professional. Bants offer a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, good food and well designed en-suite bedrooms at modest cost. Please Note: Non-smoking,free off road parking available.

Environmental Statement
Bants tries to minimise its environmental impact by using energy efficient light bulbs, recycling all waste and using locally sourced produce for meals. Instead of replacing towels daily if you are staying one or more night they are repalced only when left in the bath / shower by guests, thus reducing our washing load and the effect on the environment.
