We had a relaxing stay in this quiet, comfortable, family run hotel, set in lovely surroundings close to the Yorkshire Dales.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the efficiency along with the informal feel of the place.We liked being able to come and go without any fuss. It felt very homely.
The room had a beautiful view; it was a good size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and service excellent.

We enjoyed walks along the canal with its many locks, which runs just behind the hotel, and goes out into the countryside one way and into nearby Bingley and on to fascinating Saltaire the other.
Dislikes:
Nothing. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay - no disappointments at all.

The small boutique hotel has an excellent reputation for its restaurant which offers good value, fresh produce on both its à la carte and fixed price options. At the hotel you’ll find comfy sofas, a terraced garden, and restful views of the surrounding countryside.
All bedrooms are individually furnished and some have excellent views over the Aire Valley. All rooms have flat screen Freeview TV and free wireless internet.
A former mill owner’s house, this Victorian stone building is just a couple of minutes from the A650 main road and the busy heart of West Yorkshire.
Other towns nearby include Keighley, Skipton, Shipley, Saltaire and Halifax. The hotel is also close to Haworth and Bronte Country.
