Grindale House is a 270 year old listed Georgian property, centrally located in the tranquil and historic market town of Pickering. Situated on Eastgate, Grindale House is only a short walk from Pickering Market Place, Pickering Castle, The North Yorkshire Moors steam railway and the beautiful medieval church of St. Peter and St. Paul.
Grindale House is an ideal 'base' for those wishing to visit the North Yorkshire Moors, Ryedale, the Yorkshire Coast, and the historic city of York.
All are welcome, including wedding parties/groups, cyclists, walkers, shooting parties (secure alarmed gun cabinet), holiday makers and, of course, those who just want to relax and unwind.
Over last 5 years we have refurbished to an extremely high standard. The furnishings and décor add a modern touch although we have maintained the charm and character of this period property.
