It's high level of cleanliness and location. I liked the local pub across the road. There's a few take-aways close by and a Co-op down the road!

End Lea is a friendly, family run guest house near Leeds city centre and football ground. Quality detached building, good gardens and secure parking. Very good decor and furniture throughout. Close to M62 M621 and M1. Leeds holds an abundance of museums, fabulous entertainment and shopping.
End Lea bedrooms are modernly furnished with remote colour T.V. also clock radio reading lamps, tea and coffee facilities. Immaculate attention to beds and linens. Approved Seally Mattresses. We are room only but supply a Grab and Go breakfast at a small charge of £3 00 or a Continental at £4 50. All ingredients being of good quality.
Our sitting room is equipped with a tea and coffee station. We do have a good choice of restaurants locally. There is a bookcase of interesting books and remote colour T.V
