Situated in the small village of Little Petherick, 5 minutes drive from the town centre, we are ideally located for holidaymakers wishing to explore the beautiful North Cornwall coast and take in the sights, sounds and tastes of Padstow.

We are just 5 minutes drive from the South West Coastal Path and the house is situated directly on the Saints Way, both of these attractions being very popular with walkers.

We are happy to collect visitors from Newquay Airport or local stations for a small charge. We offer visitors lifts into Padstow and can arrange transportation of equipment/backpacks to your next destination. You can relax in our quiet, friendly atmosphere and enjoy full use of our spacious living room with Sky+ HD television. Guests can use our front or rear gardens and patio areas and use the spacious conservatory.

All three rooms are decorated to a very high standard, with good size en-suite fully tiled bathrooms with power showers and large luxury white towels. The bathroom floors are heated. The bedrooms have Freeview and flat screen TV's. We provide a complimentary hospitality tray with tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits.
