The Northumbria offers good quality, good value guest accommodation combining the friendly welcome and homely atmosphere of a guest house with a range of facilities more usually associated with a hotel.
Situated right next to the sea, many of our rooms have spectacular sea views. The town has a tremendous selection of pubs and restaurants, so whether it's a bracing walk along the seafront munching fish and chips or a sit-down meal in a posh restaurant, there is something for everyone.
With a selection of standard and ensuite accommodation, we cater for visitors, families, contractors and corporate clients, offering bed and breakfast, excellent service and very good value for money. Whilst we do not accept bookings from hen and stag parties, we do welcome private parties, family reunions, small celebrations and corporate events.
We take pride in ensuring that our guests feel at home and in providing clean and comfortable accommodation and a delicious 3-course freshly cooked breakfast. International visitors are particularly welcome and we speak French, German and Spanish.
