We were visiting Cornwall for a short visit. We spent time traveling locally so the central location was valuable. The room was excellent, comfortable and large enough for our party of four. Breakfasts were excellent, the hosts very helpful and generous. No complaints, even from two teenagers! Highly recommended! Read less

Chris & Tamara Brush welcome you to stay at Headlands. They aim to offer you a home from home with a warm Cornish welcome, comfortable accommodation and a fine English breakfast. Having both lived in and around Falmouth all their lives they are well place to offer advice on places to visit during your stay.

Headlands has a choice of double bedded, twin bedded and family rooms. All rooms are ensuite with freeview television, have a radio alarm clock, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Both family rooms also have DVD players. Tamara is also happy to offer a laundry service for any guests staying for two nights or more.

Guests have the use of a sunroom, balcony & lounge. There is a PC available for guests' use in the lounge which has complimentary internet access. There is also free WiFi available throughout the guesthouse.

Headlands also has its own private car park with ample room for all guests so you will be assured of a space on your return from a day out. If you will be travelling by public transport the local branchline station is a 2 minute walk away and the local bus stop is approximately 50 metres away - Chris is happy to collect guests from the station to save them carrying their luggage and will then give you a tour of Falmouth so that you can get your bearings.

The town centre is a short walk from Headlands - the National Maritime Museum is situated on Discovery Quay which is located opposite the end of Avenue Road and this is the start of Falmouth town centre. The award winning Gyllyngvase Beach is approximately 300 metres away from the guesthouse. Pendennis Castle is a 3-4 minute drive from Headlands.
Environmental Statement
Chris & Tamara are committed to reducing the level of waste that goes to land fill. Therefore all recycable products are sorted and collected by the council on a fortnightly basis.
