The Heatherville is in a quiet location, overlooking the River Lyn and surrounding woodland and yet only four minutes walk from the heart of Lynmouth and the stunning North Devon coastline.

With our own private parking adjacent, we are a luxury six bedroom guest house, here to provide you with a wonderfully warm and welcoming service. With your comfort in mind, our guest house is a non-smoking residence. Enjoy the all adult environment as you relax on our Terrace with tea and homemade cake or a bottle of wine, while delighting in the beautiful views over the valley (if the sun is shining, it shines on The Heatherville!) You can sit and read, chat to new friends in our Guest's Lounge, or make use of our cosy licensed bar, to spoil yourself at the end of a day in the open air. We aim to retain a personal, caring touch to ensure your stay is a truly memorable one.

Our delicious meals are all home cooked and organic and local produce are used wherever possible, to support the local area. You will enjoy a hearty breakfast that will keep you going through the day, and evening meals are by prior arrangement.

Exmoor is a land of incomparable beauty - heather topped hills, bracken covered sweeping combes, spectacular cliffs, tumbling waterfalls and rivers in deeply wooded valleys. The magnificent scenery and quiet charm of the countryside, prompted the Victorians to name the area the "Little Switzerland of England".

Lynton is a bright airy Victorian village with a selection of shops, tea rooms and cafes. It is connected to its sister resort of Lynmouth by a unique water operated cliff railway dating back to 1890. Nestling beneath the cliffs, the pretty harbour of Lynmouth is a romantic escape from modern day living with its row of fishing cottages tumbling down the street towards the quay and the distinctive Rhenish Tower. There are many beautiful walks along the rivers or coastal path and the stunning sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are nearby.
