The great size of the location and friendly, easy going, staff.
Dislikes:
The Chalet had some fittings broken : bath taps, towel rail, extractor in the toilet, and was shabbier and dirtier than last years.

The magnificent Palm House is 20 years older than Kew's. Or you can choose to enjoy a great family day out at Crealy Great Adventure Theme Parks in Devon and Cornwall. In just 20 minutes you can be experiencing maximum fun, magic and adventure at Devon's Family Attraction of the Year. Experience Powderham, a Medieval fortress set in an ancient deer park with lavish interiors, gardens and grounds.
Come as close to the rainforest as you can without leaving the UK and visit the Eden Project in Cornwall. Just over an hour away the Eden Project is a chance to re-connect with nature and explore the importance of plants in everyday life. Fingle Glen now offers a 5600 yard course with a par of 70 for men and 72 for ladies. The course offers a good test of golf for players of all standards.
