Within a short traveling distance from the guest house you will find the neighbouring towns of Paignton, Brixham and Dartmouth, the market town of Newton Abbot and the panoramic beauty of Dartmoor. For those wishing to include a shopping excursion during their stay, the Cathedral city of Exeter and the naval city of Plymouth are within easy travelling distance.

Towels are changed every 2/3 days. For long stays bed linen is changed as required.
We try to recyle as much as possible- ie bottles,cardboard, newspapers and leaflets.
Low engery bulbs are used thoughout the guest house. We hope that our guests will help by turning off any lights when the room is not in use. And nbot over filling the kettle.For the comfort of all our guests, this is a completley none smoking establishment. Smokers are asked to go outside and to use the bins provided. Smoking in a guest room will result in a £50 cleaning charge in order for your room to be restored back to a smoke-free condition. And you will be asked to leave regardless of the time of day or night.
We also try to conserve water were possible. I collect rain water in 3 water butts for the watering of plants. I urge guests not to over fill the kettle which would help with the water saving and the use of un needed electricity.
