We booked Tinhay Mill just a couple of nights before our stay, based largely on the reviews we read and it did not disappoint. Margaret and Paul made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to enhance our stay in any way they could, the room was wonderful, and the food was out of this world. Known for the quality of the food, Margaret is a genius in her kitchen- dinner and breakfast were divine. But her staff were so professional and friendly and the log stove perfect to relax by later.

Refurbished to a high comfortable standard with guest amenities. 6 double bedrooms are Super King, King or Twin rooms. (Free tea or coffee and free wireless internet are available).
Chef/Author Margaret Wilson is renowned for her cooking skills,catering for everyone's diet. Our award winning restaurant offers a wide choice menu both breakfast and dinner, using only fresh locally sourced produce. Step back in time in this character 15th centry building with it's beamed ceilings, open fire places thick walls, and many nooks and crannies. Tinhay Mill is a delightful retreat from the hurly-burly of modern life. Walls hide a petite well manicured garden, lawn, licensed patio and secure car park, a lock up garage is available. seated areas where guest can sit in peace with a book or glass of wine and watch the wild birds.
