Yew Tree Barn

Yew Tree Barn B&B offers large en-suite bedrooms, which can each sleep up to four persons, to provide flexible accommodation for families. It is also an ideal base for guests previewing the numerous private schools in the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Maidstone area, and ideally located for easy access to the abundance of National Trust and English Heritage properties in Kent and Sussex. The Brands Hatch motor circuit and several golf clubs including the London Golf Club, are located within six miles.

The ground-floor suite is a large bedroom which can sleep 3 persons with an adjoining single bedroom, and is suitable for partially disabled persons. The upstairs family room with a double bed, two singles and a child's bed (to 10 years). The bedroom and ensuite shower room has splendid views across open countryside. We also have a 3rd bedroom with private bathroom. The bedroom is upstairs with the bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms have TV, tea and coffee making facilities and we offer a welcome tray on arrival.

We have two guest sitting rooms, one with oak beams, a wood burning stove and Sky TV, and the other, a reading room, with Wi-fi installed for guests who wish to access the Internet from their own laptops. The oak beamed dining room with French oak furniture overlooks the rear garden, and we offer full English, Continental, or Vegetarian breakfast and cater for gluten free diets, using local produce. For those guests who require an early start, we also offer a take-away breakfast.

There is parking within the property, and motor cycles and bicycles can be stored under cover. The front garden is available for guests to use for general relaxation.
