My daughter and I had a superb break in this Guest House. Brilliant, friendly, helpful host who nothing was any trouble for. Travelling on our own it's important to feel safe, secure and comfortable and we definitely did here. On arrival to our room we were offered a tea or coffee which was a lovely gesture. On the day we left we were able to leave our bags there until we needed to leave for our train later in the day. The Guest House is only approx 10 minute walk downhill to the Harbour. Read less

The Guest House was spotlessly clean as was the room. The room was beautifully decorated and with homely touches too. The bed was very comfortable. The best room we've ever stayed in!

Mulberry House is a Victorian grade II listed property built in 1860, retaining much of its original charm and character from this bygone age. This unique guest house is located on a quiet street in Torquay the heart of the English Riviera. Close to the main Torquay shopping centre, restaurants, beach, nightlife and other attractions in Torquay.
At Mulberry House we believe small is beautiful. Due to the size of our guest house (three bedrooms), we are able to offer a more personalized friendly service which is often lacking in larger establishments and hotel chains.
All rooms are fully en-suite with power showers, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers,flat screen televisions and FREE wifi internet access.
Early breakfast available on request, all major credit cards accepted.
Relax and enjoy a fresh tea / coffee in our guest lounge after a busy day in the resort.
