The parking. This is not the fault of Edmund House but you have to be lucky to get one of the free places outside the hotel else you may have to pay in one of Deals many pay & display car parks.

Friendly greeting and room clean and tidy with fresh flowers
Dislikes:
The room was at top of building and had a sloping roof, I am 6ft3in tall and found it difficult to get in and out of bed, also having arthritis not easy to get the cases up the stairs,
