Friendly hosts. Clean, nicely furnished and maintained rooms. Alan had good advice on what to see in the area, plus books and brochures available to borrow. Great location close to town, but quiet.
Dislikes:
Bathroom in our room was a bit small, but we really can't complain when everything else was absolutely perfect.

Plus if anyone likes rugby it is a 30 second walk to the ground and a fews minutes to town. It is also surrounded by lots of local pubs that serve some of the best ale we have tasted, two thumbs up. Chiverton house is a victorion building set in a conservation area just off penzance promenade.It is ideally located for tourists who want to experience the history and beauty of cornwall and penzance.Chiverton house is an idael base for exploring landsend,st, michaels mount,minack theatre and the coastal twons of st Ives,newlyn and mousehole.
We are close to the harbour,heliport bus station and the train station.we have 6 rooms arranged overthe ground first and second floor.
All of the rooms are stylishly furnished and have en-suite facilities.They are centrally heated and equipped with shaver points, hairdryers,alarm clocks and tea and coffee making facilities colour flat screen tv with also offer free WI-FI. Enjoy our delicious freshly cooked breafasts,we use local produce where possible and cater for a variety of special diets (e.g. vegan,coeliac).Breakfast options include traditional english breakfast,vegetarian breakfast, continental breakfast and fresh fruit platter. we also offer the following:Free access to guest house-you are free to come and go as you please parking- there is plenty of unrestricted parking to the front of chiverton house,children welcome- travel cot and highchair available.
Group booking-for up to 12 people and exclusive use of the guesthouse can be arranged.We are a non-smoking guesthouse.
