a .The bathroom was very smelly, there was a damp patch on the carpet in front of the hand basin and the got very wet when the han basin was used, the hotel looked very tired, needs refurbishing

The staff and the location were excellent, the hotel is one of three in a row all same owner and joined by walkways sharing facilities, this gave a great choice of bars, restaurants and Facilties.
Dislikes:
Our bathroom was a little tired with a wobbly toilet and creaky floor that felt like I may fall through it at one point, but I am sure this is something that would not take a lot af sorting out.

Dislikes:
Broken strip light fitting in bedroom so exposed wiring, aerial lead to TV trailing across the bedroom floor. Bath,sink and toilet in need of a thorough clean,had a ground in dirty appearance.

The beautifully landscaped gardens lead you on to the clifftop from where it is a short stroll to the golden beaches and to Bournemouth town centre with its marvellous shops, gardens and entertainments and also The Bournemouth International Centre (B.I.C.)
Our large terrace bar serves a wide selection of meals and beverages, including Real Ales and the sun drenched terrace overlooks the picturesque gardens with panoramic views across the sea. Bar Menu, including Daily Specials, served midday to 2pm and 6.30pm to 8pm.
Complimentary continental buffet breakfast is served in the Oak Suite conveniently located on the ground floor.
Ample free on site parking.
