Our quiet park-side location is separate from the noisy, hustle and bustle of the busy holiday resort. The front of the Guesthouse overlooks beautiful Goodrington Park and lake, with its wealth of birdlife by day and the breathtaking illuminations at night. We are within a short walking distance of the town centre and attractions. Goodrington Station for the steam trains is just a short walk through the park. Torbay Leisure Centre is also within walking distance. Paignton Zoo is just a 5 minute drive. In the park you can also enjoy swan boat rides and bumper boats, crazy golf, music events at the Band Stand, childrens playground, seashore Centre, and much more. Not forgetting Splashdown Quaywest, Britains largest outdoor waterpark. Money off vouchers available at the guesthouse when you arrive for many of the local attractions.

All our en-suite rooms are clean and comfortable and maintained to a high standard. They are equipped with freeview flat screen TV, hair drier, radio/alarm clock, complementary tea/coffee making facilities and complementary toiletries. An iron and ironing board is available on request. Our family room 8 has the use of a fridge just outside the door. FREE WIFI IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE GUESTHOUSE.
