Comfortable bed and clean room. Plenty of hot water. Good breakfast in lovely sunny room watching the squirrels in the garden. Hotel owner helpful and even offered me a lift to the bus station.

The hotel was as we expected after reading the other reviews. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the owner was very friendly. The hotel itself could do with some updating but was perfect for an over-night stay, good location for the beach and not too far from the center of Bournemouth. Breakfast was good and we got more value for money than the others in our group who stayed elsewhere. Read less

We are only a 5 minute walk to the breathtaking cliff tops that over look Boscombe Beach and the stunning views stretching from Hengisbury Head to Sandbanks. On a clear bright day you can even see the cliffs of the Isle of Wight.
The Woodlands is set in its own country style garden with a Pine Tree arch that leads you up the garden path to our front door.
The Pine Tree’s and Sea Air were once considered therapeutic by doctors in Edwardian times, so a stay with us will be relaxing.
We pride ourselves on our Good Home Cooking , a Friendly and relaxed Environment and the Range of Excellent Accommodation.
As the evening draws in why don’t you join us in our nautical bar that we call ‘Nelson’s Locker’. Sit in the cosy surroundings or enjoy your drinks in the brightly lit garden.
