Conveniently located on the main road into Lyndhurst, the room (room 1) was much quieter than expected - very little traffic noise noticed. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The ensuite was spotless. Surounded by pubs and restaurants there is no lack of choice for dining or entertainment. And the Chinese restaurant at the top of the street is highly recommended! Read less

The B&B is located within easy walking distance of the village centre and nice pubs. The property is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the owners were friendly and very helpful. While located on quite a busy road the property is double glazed and rooms are to the rear, we were not disturbed by road noise at all. I would not hesitate in recommending this B&B. Read less
