Its 105 acres consist of protected heath land with wonderful views, beautiful woodland and a stream and grassland. Higher Rixdale Farm is the ideal base for a stay in Devon, located just 10 miles south of the cathedral and University City of Exeter, 25 miles from historic Plymouth and within close proximity of Teignmouth, Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton and Dartmoor. In the immediate area there is golf, sandy beaches, walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis and river trips, to name but a few of the local activities. Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property.
