"Perfect getaway destination"

The hotel was quiet, had nice big spacious rooms, had tv and dvd player and dvd's and a nice dining room and breakfasts and was close to town.

My mum and I stayed in the twin room. This was a treat for her 70th birthday and Gareth couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. He allowed us to leave our bags when we first arrived from the sleeper train and even offered us breakfast. At the end of our stay our train didn't leave until 11pm, so Gareth allowed us to leave the bags there and collect later. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful. Our shower wasn't working but Gareth sorted it out very quickly. Read less

The hotel is easily located and on a great bus route! The bus stops right outside the hotel and runs every 10 mins during the day. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms tastefully decorated.
