Almond Villa is a charming and friendly guest house offering quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation in an attractive Victorian house. Each guest bedroom is unique, comfortable and well equipped with a flat screen television providing satellite TV, a radio-alarm clock, a hairdryer, a corkscrew and a hospitality tray with ample tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Each rooms is en-suite and has adjustable central heating. We also provide internet communications with free Wi-Fi connection.
We have a cheerful guest house and our priority has always been 'customer care'. We give a warm friendly welcome to all our guests: whether you are in Perth for business or pleasure, you will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
The guest house is situated centrally in Perth on Dunkeld Road. We are only a only few minutes walk from the shops and town centre, within easy walking distance from the railway and bus stations and the river. Our location is easy to find from all major routes and also offers easy access by car to the A9. From here you can explore all that Perthshire has to offer.
Almond Villa is a non-smoking guest house with ample free car parking.
We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We thoroughly recycle all our paper, cardboard, plastics, tins and only use long life lightbulbs.
