Mount Brocas Guest House

Chris and Ellie welcome you to our family run guest house in Sandown. Our guests say it is their second home and excellent value for money. Mount Brocas is ideally located just a few minutes walk away from Sandown’s superb sandy beach and town centre, with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and other seaside attractions and a wide selection of nightly entertainment.

Sandown makes a great place to holiday. It is our aim to make your stay here a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You can return from a hard day on the beach, have a shower in your en suite room or a soak in the newly decorated bathroom. Then relax in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the lounge or sit out in the garden before hitting the town and the night life.

You may want to start your day with a very full breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, choice of six cereals, yogurts, and then the traditional English (eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, hash brown) toast with a selection of preserves, tea or coffee served in our spacious, light and airy, south facing dining room. (If you have any special dietary request we will be happy to cater for them - vegetarian sausage always available).

We are also very close to the local leisure centre where they have a wide selection of sports facilities including an indoor pool. We are on the main public transport route for the Island making sight seeing very easy.

We are in an excellent location for the beach and all the local amenities, direct bus services to Shanklin, Ventnor, Newport or Ryde and located within a 10 minute walk from Sandown Train station.

Cyclists and walkers are made most welcome and we have provision for secure bike and boot storage, outside tap and clothes drying facilities.
