A nice, small, cozy hotel with friendly staff central on the Promenade, making it easy for us to visit areas near the South and Cental piers.

Great comments , but please remember we do not pick the rooms for you , but things are taken on board and if something can be made better or room is there to make larger en-suite it will be done . most visitors who book 1st time will look around the rooms then book a 2nd time and book a specific room , [ie] Luxury 4 poster room which does go very well , but with it being the biggest room [Double] it is more expensive , but well worth it .Thank you for your comments

You picked your own room as you wanted a smoking room, and the only reason you did not like me [personally] is because you booked an extra night and did not agree that you had to pay for it , I do not run the Charity Hotel , I would love to see the hotels that you stay in where they offer you tea . I even asked you about your journy here by train as you said it took almost 7 hours to get here so how was that a frosty reception . you also knew the price of the room as you booked through Eviivo.

We have a new bar/lounge ideal if you want a quieter moment to sit and watch the world go by, overlooking the promenade and Irish Sea you can enjoy the wonderful views Blackpool has to offer or sit in our sun lounge and watch the illuminated trams go past the front of the hotel, We are located in between South and Central Piers. Situated on the ground floor we have a cosy lounge / bar for guests. Here you can watch TV, sit and relax with a drink or have a game of pool. The bar boasts a wide choice of beers, spirits & soft drinks along with a selection of bar snacks if you feel a bit peckish. All our bedrooms are ensuite, arranged on two floors and come with tea / coffee making facilities and remote controlled colour televisions as standard. Every bedroom has central heating with thermostatic control valves and double glazing. We have a number of rooms with sea views available with either a four poster bed or a family room. All rooms are tastefully decorated , cleaned and serviced daily.
