The award winning gardens at Little Stubbins are designed to encourage wildlife. The house was built in 1786 and was renovated in 1999 to provide tasteful and comfortable accommodation, which retains its character and original features.

The owners were very friendly & welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable & in excellent condition. Excellent shower! Fruit was provided in the room & gluten free bread was available for breakfast!

The house was built in 1786 and was renovated in 1999 to provide tasteful and comfortable accommodation, which retains its character and original features. The lounge is available for the use of guests. Walkers and cyclists are always welcome. Maps and guide books about the area are available. The Lancashire cycle way is about 400 yards away. Drying facilities for clothes and boots are provided. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Business Clients: If you are in the area on business, Little Stubbins provides an ideal base for those working in Preston or Lancaster. Whether your stay is short or long term you will find Little Stubbins a relaxing place to stay.
