The Brayscroft Hotel in Eastbourne was originally built as a spacious Edwardian family house. It has been carefully and sympathetically restored into a delightful small hotel with antique furniture.

The hotel is managed with flair and sensitivity. The hotel is ideally situated a minute from the seafront and a short walk from the bandstand, pier, Western Lawns and the Carpet Gardens. The theatres and the Devonshire Park Tennis complex are also within easy walking distance. The start of the South Downs Way is a short walk along the seafront and walks around Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters country park - an area of outstanding natural beauty - are close by.

Eastbourne is a unique seaside resort with an amazing range of activities, sports and exciting events for you to enjoy in a fantastic setting. Everything is within easy reach with the seafront promenade virtually leading straight on to the foot of the beautiful Eastbourne Downs and Beachy Head and the town centre just a few yards walk from the centrally located Victorian Pier.
Environmental Statement
Re-cycle all rubbish from the property. House has a good enviromental report.
