Staff is efficient and friendly without overdoing it. The rooms are clean and cosy; The best of all was however the cuisine which was just heavenly.

This stay was in my opinion over priced! Nice staff made up for it a bit. If it was not for location being very conveinent i would have looked elsewhere

We have 13 ensuite letting bedrooms including one with disabled facilities, a large restaurant serving top quality cuisine all home cooked using the finest local produce.
An ancient coaching inn, the White Horse is mentioned in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales.
Set in the heart of the Garden of England and surrounded by orchards and hop gardens, the pub has a long tradition of warm and friendly hospitality, although this view may not have been shared by the 19th century rioters sentenced to death in the pub when it was used as a courtroom.
Visitors today can enjoy the authentic atmosphere of an historic inn at the same time as relaxing in comfort and enjoying the excellent food, wines, beers - and service.
What better place to stay when visiting nearby Canterbury or spending the day at Mount Ephraim gardens, Farming World or at Boughton Golf Course.
We are striving to minmise our impact on the environment by introducing systems which cut down on waste and encourage recycling. We use local suppliers where possible and aim to buy environmentally friendly and fair trade products where possible. We plan to install new technologies in the business to cut down on our energy useage.
