The proximity of the hotel to Exeter and its airport. The friendliness of the staff was a striking feature.
Dislikes:
The blast of cold air felt in the bar and restaurant every time the automatic doors opened.

The cooked breakfast was very good with a wide range of produce, the fruit was limited to tinned grapefruit. I had a room next to the stairwell, when people came onto the floor the door slammed.
