When i arrived at the hotel, our bed sheets had not been changed, there were dirty mugs and rubbish all over the roo so i had to wait a few hours while they re-did our room, we had no heating or hot water throughout our stay and nor did any of the other guests!! The manager was impossible to speak to and hid in his room when we tried to complain. Poorly run and disgusting behaviour from the manager. Not woth the money or hassle. Read less
