The peace and privacy offered by a seperate en-suite room away from the proprietors occomodation. The adjacent garden very well kept. The owners are very knowledgeable about the area are approachable.

The Sunnyvale is a 4 star bed & breakfast in The village of Sticker lies between St Austell and Truro. Hewaswater is a hamlet, half a mile from Sticker on the old A 390. Sunnyvale, a white semi-detached cottage, is in the centre of the hamlet, opposite the turning for Lower Sticker and St Ewe. Just a 2 min drive into the market town of St. Austell providing good shopping facilities with speciality and High Street names, a multi screen cinema,leisure centre with sports facilities, swimming pool and tennis courts.

There are excellent value meals available at local pubs or wide choice of restaurants nearby. Attractions nearby include The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Lanhydrock House plus many other gardens and country houses are within easy driving distance. Visit the picturesque fishing villages of Fowey and Mevagissey or the 18th century working harbour and tall ships at Charlestown. There are numerous sandy beaches including Porthpean, Pentewan and Gorran Haven. Surfing on the north coast only a 30 minute drive.

Non-smoking through-out the Guest House. No pets are permitted on the premises. Children over the age of 16 years welcome. Secure onsite parking available for all guests. Check-in time: 16:00 Check-out time: 10:00
