Meadow Hill Guest House is a charming traditional bed & breakfast with a Visit Britain 4 Star Rating. Meadow Hill Guest House is located 150 yards from the A1 on the outskirts of Berwick Upon Tweed. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and provides an excellent base when visiting Berwick, exploring Northumberland or as stop enroute to Scotland.
Each room has exceptionally fine views across the river Tweed towards the Cheviot Hills 20 miles to the south, the Eildon Hills by Melrose to the west and Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and the Farne Islands to the east. A day out exploring the Secret Kingdom - perhaps enjoying packed lunches on the top of Cheviot or having a cosy, home-cooked lunch in a fascinating pub in Seahouses - exploring Cragside, the first house in the world to have electricity - or having a round of golf on the local 18-hole Goswick links course.
Meadowhill Guest House guarantees a friendly welcome and offers friendly hospitality and delicious traditional home cooking. Evening meals are available upon request.
