Enjoyable short stay close enough to family and friends in Gateshead and a visit to Langley Castle. We took an opportunity to go to Once Brewed and walk on the Roman Wall from Steel Rigg along to Sycamore Gap. Weather was mild and dry. Took photographs of the Wall and of Sycamore Gap. A very relaxing break in very beautiful location. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Read less

Perfect well presented accomodation, ideally located for various Roman sites and the Wall. Corbridge and Hexham a short drive away and easy access to either Carlisle or Gateshead and Newcastle.

As a quality assessed, four star farmhouse, we will always offer you a warm welcome, a peaceful night's sleep and a hearty, nutritional breakfast. Please contact us if you have any questions or to make a booking. We look foward to seeing you.
We have one twin room and one double room, both of which are located in a private, self-contained annexe. Each room is tastefully furnished and has excellent en-suite facilities, a spacious wardrobe, remote control television, hair dryer and Egyptian cotton hand and bath towels. In addition, we offer the following: tea and coffee making facilities, drying area for coats and boots, iron and ironing board, and two-pin adapter for shavers.
Children over the age of twelve are welcome. Accommodation for younger children is by prior arrangement only, please contact us directly.
Please note: well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement, but will be accommodated in a separate building.
We are also a non-smoking establishment.
