Staying at the Grimstock Country House Hotel is a far better option than staying overnight at the "luxury" hotels closer to the NEC. The welcome is first class and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly throughout and the taxi ride to the NEC and other bigger htels is about 5-10 minutes. All in all a far better option than the "biggies"! Read less

Thank you. We have many guests who value our rural location away from the NEC that gives them time to relax after a busy day at an exhibition. For those with cars, the NEC is literally a few minutes drive away - provided that our directions are followed. Even a taxi fare is only £8-00 each way for those without vehicles or who prefer not to park at the NEC.

Thank you for your feedback. Rooms are under refurbishment on an ongoing basis and hopefully you will find our standards much better if you visit us again. The water system to the room that you used is being urgently investigated - it seems that thee may have been an air block. The main Midlands motorway links are also on the doorstep with quick access to the M6, M42 and the M6 Toll Road.
The hotel provides its own unique mixture of professionalism and a personal service. All of the bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer a wide range of facilities including a free Broadband service and the price includes a full English breakfast served in our splendid Garden Restaurant.
