The personal service one gets from a B&B (tea and biscuits on arrival etc.)and the relaxed atmosphere without compromising on feeling looked after. Also, great bed sheets.
Dislikes:
Check-in 4pm/check-out 11am a bit steep - would have preferred an earlier standard check-in as 5 hours seems plenty to turn around just 3 rooms. Needed an iron and no-one around to ask also a niggle.
