The comfort and brilliant breakfasts. I particularly liked the variety and fresh fruits.
Dislikes:
As we live in a quiet village you could hear some road noise but not invasive as its not a very busy road at night.

Clare House is a five-star guest house set in one of Swanage's historic buildings. First built in 1875 to house the town's indoor market, the building still displays some of the original features. Located just off the High Street, Clare House is ideally placed for those wishing to spend time on the beach, pier, restaurants or bars are that are all within a few minutes walk
The standard of accommodation is what you would expect from a 5-star, Silver Award winning guest house.
Breakfast is an experience not to be missed. Using, where possible, local produce you will be able to savour freshly cooked food served in the elegant dining room. Choose from an extensive menu of options that include the iconic English Breakfast, a vegetarian option, smoked salmon, freshly baked bread and muffins, American style pancakes and eggs cooked just how you like them. A wide range of teas, coffees and fruit juices are all available to accompany your meal.
Offering the highest standards of accommodation and service, Clre House is perfectly situated to serve as a haven from where you can explore Swanage and the surrounding countryside.
And explore you must, for there is much to experience: the awe-inspiring Jurassic Coast, the Arne Nature Reserve, Durlston Country Park, the Swanage Steam Railway, Corfe Castle and the magnificent countryside walks and scenic drives to visit typical Dorset Villages. Further afield the Tank Museum at Bovington and Monkey World are within a short drive. Add to this Swanage's charming ambience, the hospitality of its people, the renowned restaurants, and you start to realise why one day is hardly enough time to soak up the wonder of this special region.
