The Roy Bridge Hotel and Grey Corrie Lodge bunkhouse are situated deep in the northwest Highlands of Scotland, on the A86; close to the Nevis Range and 12 miles from Fort William - Outdoor Capital of the UK.

The Lochaber area is a fantasic destination for those who enjoy the many outdoor pursuits available locally, including canoeing/kayaking, hill- walking, mountaineering, mountain biking and fishing.

The Nevis Range enjoys great ski-ing conditions during the winter season and is only 5 miles from Roy Bridge. Also a must for mountain bike enthusiasts and walkers/climbers throughout the year. Scotlands only mountain gondola will transport you 650m up the side of Aonach Mor where you can follow mountain trails to panoramic viewpoints. Easily accessible by car, local buses also run from Roy Bridge to Fort William via the Nevis Range.

If those activities sound a bit stressful, you can just enjoy the magnificent scenery, take a gentle stroll in the majestic Glen Roy and observe the parallel roads; a geographical, oceanic feature .
