We were able to check in early and park the car. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in town which was idea for us as we were meeting family for a night out in town. We were in a room on the side street almost above reception which I believe can get noisy but it made no difference to us because we were out and about. Read less

Room was spacious and the bed was big and comfy. There was a mix up with breakfast numbers but the young man who served us could not have been more helpful. Wonderfully polite. Excellent service!

I have a big affection for these places, there is a beautiful and very peaceful. You can stay for a short while and draw a deep breath, by which it is hard in today's fast-paced age forward.
Dislikes:
The bell in hotel not working, I was really annoyed with one situation. Staff which working in hotel should fix as soon as is possible

Central location in the high street near to facilities.
Dislikes:
No soap supplied in bathroom & hot water tap had to be left running for 10 /15 minutes before any hot water arrived in Room 16.
