Lovely quiet bedroom, comfortable bed, pleasant view of the garden.
Good facilities in our room. The breakfast room was welcoming with a lovely selection of locally sourced produce.
Dislikes:
The shower was a little tricky to coax into action. When we mentioned this we were given an apology and told the plumber was due the following week to replace it. It certainly didn't spoil our stay.

Situated close to the town centre and railway station, 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop with services to Edinburgh and Newcastle and close to the cycle route.
