My room was extremely clean, well stocked with tea/coffee and new flat screen TV. I was not cold and there was a heater you could put on if needed. I stayed for business purposes. On waling through the door, i was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home. The service was excellent. any problems and they were sorted with ease. I choose to stay here even though on business in the Hilton due to the value for money. I stayed for 3 nights, got breakfast. on suite room for less than 1 night in the hilton. Just as good as the hilton without the mega expense. Read less

Dislikes:
The only thing i complained about to my self was the shower in my on suite was not the fastest running shower i've used.
