I was warm and comfortable, felt safe and private, but with a helpful friend to call on if I needed them. I had a dog with me, and was able to come and go as I liked. I was near the door so it was easy for me to let him out any time of the night or day. They were considerate, friendly, and hard working. Read less

I liked the fact that I had my own little space for the dog, and didn't have to worry I was disturbing anyone. It was nice to have breakfast ready so quick, exactly what I wanted, nice and hot.

The double bedroom we stayed in had a bath whis was dirty & sticky. The bathroom door didn't close at all & there was no hand-shower facility, just a bath. The toilet was inconveniently placed and the sink table had nails poking out.The closet door won't stay shut & the room was freezing cold.Had to sleep wearing my socks, Cardigan & a light sweater.Spoke to the reception lady & she did manage to put in a portable heater in our room.Had to request for baked beans to be included in our breakfast. DearPriyanka Thank you for the review I am sorry that you were disappointed with the room, however while with us you only mentioned the room was cold and none of the other points,we found the quilt and blanket stacked on the wardrobe you must have removed them and slept with no covers.as stated this room only has a bath which is cleaned daily I have looked for nails around the sink and can not find any the screws that hold it togetherer are visible.we do not use beans this was done just for you.
