"Unacceptable Behaviour"
We stayed in Crioch Guest House in Edinburgh last Saturday (04/02/2012).
We booked it last minute as me and my husband we went to Edinburgh for business and the weather was very foggy to travel back home.
As soon as we went there Dora, the owner asked me to take my shoes off to enter the House.

Response from Crioch Guest House:
I'm sorry you didn't like our gentle request. We ask guests to remove their outdoor shoes because the streets are dirty when wet and this gets walked into the house. The park opposite is also a source of mud - or worse. We're grateful that most guests respect our request.

Our entrance carpet, as in any house, takes the most wear and we plan to replace it this year.

Thank you for giving us 4/5 for cleanliness. We take pride in this.
