We booked following the good reviews on here and we were not dissapointed.
The minute we arrived Shirley made us both feel very welcome,it was like home from home. Nothing too much trouble and her advice on where to go for evening entertainment was spot on. Had a drink or 2 in the bar before heading out for a great evening and arrived home at 2.30am!!! Next morning following a refreshing shower we were met with a full cooked breakfast,tea & toast. Everything!Shirley worked hard to ensure everything was in order,despite being on her own!she'd let hubby Sam attend a family stag do in Magaluf!what was that Shirley?never again Lol!Def worth a visit

No.Great choice!We did have the smallest room as they were fully booked &we had to share the toilet/shower on the landing but..we were informed when we booked so it was no suprise,and it was fine.

we had a lovely stay at cranstone hotel the beds were very comfortable, bedding fresh, room was spotless and everything we required was supplied. the hotel smelt lovely throughout and was very homely with a spacious lounge and dining room. breakfast was lovely and a great start to the day. freeview in our room was an added bonus as we could watch a movie while kids slept. overall we had an excellent stay and will be stayiny again thankyou. p.s the shower in our room was amazing.
