Three Star rated cosy modern two bed-room house in a quiet village location, with parking for two cars and side access for bicycles.
Sleeps 4 with a double room, twin room and sofa bed if required. Gas Centrally heated throughout, the kitchen is equipped with fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric fan oven and gas hobb. The Living room has Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD Player, CD/Radio and a range of comfortable chairs to relax and unwind. Leaflets of the surrounding area and maps are found in the living room along with some board games and a pack of cards.
The Large Conservatory is set up for dining but is ideal for soaking up the sun or drying out your wet clothes.
Upstairs bathroom with WC, Wash Hand Basin and Bath with Shower over.
The bedrooms are well equipped and bed linen is provided, towels can be hired at an additional cost, please let us know if you require this service.
Available to rent all year round, it is an ideal location for out of season breaks or getting away at Christmas.
The house is an ideal base for beach holidays, Watergate Bay 5 Miles, Newquay 7 Miles, Padstow 9 miles or sightseeing. Local attractions include The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Cornwall's Crealy Great Adventure Park, The Camel Trail, Bedruthan Steps and the City of Truro to name a few. The National Trust has a host of properties and coastline ready to explore.
Jamie Olivers Restaurant "Fifteen" can be found at Watergate Bay a stunning setting and a real treat for all. Rick Stein has a selection of fish restaurants located in the Padstow area and also worth exploring.
