We are situated a short walk from the centre of Carlisle

1 mile from Carlisle Railway and Bus station

1.25 miles from Junction 43 on the M6 motorway

We have six bedrooms 2 double, 2 twin, 1 family and 1 triple accommodation, all with ensuite facilities and complimentary toiletries.

All rooms have remote control colour T.V, clock radio, hairdryer, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and free WIFI internet access in all bedrooms.

A ground floor ensuite twin bedded room, provides accommodation for the less mobile and guests who prefer not to climb stairs.

Prices include full English breakfast, other choices include Bacon Panini and Scrambled Egg on Toasted Muffin, special diets can be catered for and packed lunches are available on request.

Cumbria University is only a short walk away, so if you are attending an interview or course our b & b is ideally situated.

We welcome cyclists to Cherry Grove, undercover secure storage is provided for bicycles and details of local cycle specialists are provided.

Walkers are welcome to our bed and breakfast and they have a host of walks to choose from, The Cumbrian Way, 70mile walk from Ulverston to Carlisle, The Millers Way 51 mile from Kendal to the centre of Carlisle and the Eden Way following the river Eden to its source near Black Fells Moss. We are only 0.6 mile from The Hadrian's Wall Path National Trail to our bed and breakfast, ready for a restful nights sleep in comfortable accommodation.
