Castle Farm Guest House is a tastefully converted Victorian farmhouse, situated in one of England's most picturesque and historical locations. With lawns running down to the River Nene at the front and adjoining the site of Fotheringhay Castle to the side, we are well placed to make the most of this wonderful Nene Valley village where Richard III was born and Mary, Queen of Scots beheaded. Just a few minutes from Oundle we are perfect for parents visiting children at Oundle School.

With a 4 star rating from Visit Britain (formerly the English Tourist Board) our beautiful location in this North Northamptonshire village is just minutes away from Oundle, Stamford and Peterborough and is therefore perfect for the business traveller or anyone looking to recharge their batteries in exquisite surroundings. The neighbouring area is also ideal for walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and sailing at nearby Rutland Water.
Our accommodation consists of two double and three twin bedrooms. One of these converts easily into a family room and all are en suite with tea and coffee making facilities. We offer a baby-sitting service and there is a iron available on request. The comfortable lounge has an open fire and fantastic views across the river and meadows of the Nene Valley.
Castle Farm Guest House makes an ideal base for the business traveller, offering a friendly relaxed atmosphere, just 15 minutes away from Peterborough city centre and 5 minutes from the A1.
Ideally located for easy access to main routes and a peaceful and relaxing escape at the end of the day.
