"relaxed and friendly"
We were met by Angela, and after introductions were made and we'd seen our rooms and facilities, we were ushered into a sittingroom with a 'home' feel to it and was given much needed and very welcome refreshments before she bustled off to reserve us a table at one of the country pubs nearby for dinner. Our beds were comfy and very cosy and breakfst the following morning was lovely. We would definitely go back again. Read less

A real country welcome awaits you! A working farm of 250 acres set in wonderful rolling countryside right on the border between Devon and Cornwall, making us particularly well located for touring both counties.

You can fill your days with visits to traditional country houses, historic old tin mines and local Victorian villages. For those who are keen on fishing, there are excellent catches to be made on the River Tamar which borders the farm. Beaches and golf courses are within easy reach as well as riding and trekking facilities. Guests are most welcome to see all the farm animals and enjoy delightful walks in complete peace and tranquillity on the farm.

Cornwall & Devon has many activities this includes horse riding, sea fishing and surfing. The many traditional ports along the coastline offer boat hire in all forms, or perhaps you prefer to walk the coastal paths to see the sights, North Cornwall has hundreds of miles of footpaths and walkways both inland and coastal. Kayaking and canoeing or hiring a boat are also popular ways to see the coastline from a different perspective. For golf lovers there are fantastic fairways to be found.

All rooms have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside with their own private bathroom with a good-sized bath, shower, colour television with Freeview, central heating, heated towel rails and tea & coffee making facilities.

Wireless Internet access are available throughout all rooms, guests are more than welcome to bring their laptop computers. This makes us ideally suited for the travelling businessperson on long journeys.

Guests are also welcome to relax in the conservatory and enjoy the beautiful peace and tranquillity.
