Big Tree Holiday Flats

There are six flats in total, 5 of which form a separate block in the garden of Big Tree House. The sixth flat (Flat 1a) is attached to the house. They offer comfort, convenience and a high standard of cleanliness and are comprehensively equipped for easy self catering. All flats are for holiday letting only and are of an adequate size for this purpose.

There are four ground floor 1 bedroom flats to sleep 2 and two first floor 2 bedroom flats to sleep 4. The 2 bedroom flats are ideally for 2 adults & 2 children due to the size of the lounge/dining area but if this is not a concern for you we will accept 3 adults & 1 child or 4 adults. All are self contained with their own front doors to the outside. They are all electric, supplied by £1 coin meter. All bed linen, bath mat and tea towel is supplied at no charge. We offer towel hire for the flats or beach at £3 per week for a set of 1 bath and 1 hand towel (not to be used outside of the flat) or £2 per week for 1 beach towel.

Each flat is fully equipped with TV with Freeview (two in the 2 bedroom flats), DVD Player, full size cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils There is an iron and ironing board, oil filled electric radiators in bedrooms and lounge, complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets and milk for your arrival. Cots and high chairs can be supplied in the 2 bedroom flats but cot bedding is not provided. Fans are available on request. Guests have use of the pretty garden, patio and washing lines. Guest laundry facilities and free wifi is installed.

We are close to a range of attractions including Splashdown@Quay West & Goodrington Sands and Park.

Stays can be booked online in weekly blocks from Saturday-Saturday. We also offer short stays in off peak periods but these cannot be booked online.
