We were celebrating a 21st birthday and wanted somewhere both couples (of differing ages) could use as a base for two nights, which provided sea views and good accommodation and the two sea view rooms fully met our expectations.
We celebrated the 21st with family in Torquay, but had a real break in Babbacombe. Read less

Our Guest House is located in the unspoilt area of Babbacombe, Torquay, renowned for it's natural beauty. All of the large rooms overlook the lawned Downs and the Devon and Dorset coastline beyond - for guests to enjoy from their own private balconies. The view is spectacular.
Seabreeze @Babbacombe (formerly Berkeley House) is a four bedroomed family run guest house. All our delightfully decorated rooms are all ensuite and although dinner is not served, the acclaimed breakfasts which are served in our coffee shop will set you up for a good days sightseeing....
Eating out just couldn't be easier or more varied with a whole variety of choices within just a few yards of Sea Breeze not forgetting our own Licenced Coffee shop and Ice Cream Parlour. St. Marychurch precinct is a short stroll away as is "Plainmoor" - The home of Torquay United Football Club and our own Babbacombe Theatre is right on our doorstep. There are two beaches Oddicombe and Babbacombe. Oddicombe is the sandier of the two whilst Babbacombe attracts many divers and fishermen. The Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Kents Cavern are all easily accessable and within walking distance. Babbacombe also boasts it own Cliff Railway which runs from 1st March through to the end of October.
The main town of Torquay with it's many attractions is just a short bus or car ride away. Walking is a popular alternative using one of the many coastal cliff walks with spectacular scenery and views.
