Located between Edinburgh & Glasgow and sitting in it's own romantic, peaceful and secluded grounds in rolling countryside, it commands outstanding views northwards over the Forth Estuary to the Ochil Hills and Highlands. Nearby is the Historic Burgh of Linlithgow, where Mary, Queen of Scots was born in 1542.

Belsyde has 3 lovely guest rooms all eloquently decorated.

For a special golfing vacation, our Bed and Breakfast is right in the central belt of Scotland, the home of golf'.

For those who love Scotch, then Belsyde is the perfect starting point for many of Scotlands whisky trails, from Glenkinchie, the last remaining distillery near Edinburgh, to Highland Park near Kirkwall on Orkney.

Nature lovers are catered for with Belsyde being just 10 minutes from great hiking, biking, and fishing at Beecraigs Country Park and Muiravonside Country Park.

The Union Canal, near by offers the ability to walk to Linlithgow eastwards or westwards to Falkirk where the wonderful Falkirk Wheel is located, linking the Union Canal with the Forth and Clyde Canal.
